Welcome to the Brenau University Net Price Calculator!

Brenau University is pleased to provide this Net Price Calculator as a guide to assist undergraduate first-time freshmen, as well as transfer students, in planning for college expenses. Using the information you enter, this calculator will provide a preliminary estimate of your eligibility for most federal, state and institutional financial aid programs available for the Brenau program in which you plan to enroll. Knowing the types and amounts of financial aid you may qualify for will help you determine what your out-of-pocket costs might be. It's important to remember that any student seeking financial aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the academic year he or she plans to enroll, and must meet all published deadlines or priority consideration dates associated with obtaining financial aid.

10 The calculator will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

To help you complete this process, it would be helpful to have the items listed below:

  • Student and Parent 2012 Income Tax Returns
  • Earnings statements (W2 forms, recent paycheck stubs)
  • Bank and investment account statements
  • Student academic information
    • Grade Point Average
    • Standardized test scores if available (SAT/ACT) for first-time college freshmen, if available

*Future costs and financial aid estimates are subject to change. Results of the calculator are not guaranteed, and are based on the assumption that the student will complete the FAFSA. Any special circumstances must be reviewed by the Office of Financial Aid. The accuracy of your estimated awards is based on the information you provide. The calculator is intended for undergraduate domestic students only. In addition, students who hold a previous bachelor's degree and are seeking another undergraduate degree are generally not eligible to receive Brenau University merit scholarships or other institutional grants. This may also be the case for students who desire admission to a Brenau University nursing program, especially those who have a large number of past college credits and/or a cumulative GPA that may not be sufficient to gain admission into the program.
